This excellent hip-hop instructional video features Lamar, Briana, and Shemar—an energetic and diverse kid trio—teaching an entire music video dance routine to the catchy original song "Number One" over the course of nine seven minute episodes. After the three-minute music video is shown, the instructors take turns breaking down the steps and sequences into easy-to-follow parts. Viewers are also encouraged to make up their own motions if they're having trouble with particular stretches (and each episode ends with all the dancers freestyling). Boasting fun choreography drawing on many basic hip-hop moves, Pop It offers a highly entertaining method for getting kids to exercise.
